Itinerary
Altitude Profile
30-minute flight to Lukla (2,840 meters), followed by a 3-4 hour trek to Phakding along the Dudh Koshi River.
6-7 hours trek, crossing suspension bridges and entering Sagarmatha National Park with your first glimpse of Mt. Everest.
Acclimatization day with optional hikes to Everest View Hotel (3,880 meters) or Khumjung village for panoramic mountain views.
5-6 hours trek, passing through rhododendron forests and climbing to alpine terrain, with views of Lhotse and other peaks.

Acclimatization day with optional hikes to Nangkartshang Peak (5,083 meters) for stunning mountain vistas.

7-8 hours trek, first to Gorak Shep, then to Everest Base Camp for breathtaking views of the Khumbu Icefall and surrounding peaks, before returning to Gorak Shep for the night.
Early morning hike to Kala Patthar for sunrise views of Mt. Everest, followed by a 6-7 hours descent to Pheriche.
6-7 hours trek, descending through familiar trails with easier gradients and beautiful views.
6-7 hours trek, retracing your steps through suspension bridges and pine forests, with a celebratory night in Lukla.
30-minute flight back to Kathmandu, concluding the trek.
